### Registration and Legal Entity FAQ and Misc. Info 

Aquanow's legal entity is called CLTS Technologies Ltd.

Aquanow holds the following registrations and licenses:

* Canada: MSB registration with FINTRAC
* US: MSB registration with FinCEN
* Spain: VASP registration with Banco de España
* UAE: VASP license with Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA)
* Estonia (EU): VASP license with Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
