Aquanow's legal entity is called CLTS Technologies Ltd.

Aquanow holds the following registrations and licenses:

  • Canada: MSB registration with FINTRAC

  • US: MSB registration with FinCEN

  • Spain: VASP registration with Banco de España

  • UAE: VASP license with Dubai's Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA)

  • Estonia (EU): VASP license with Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
