Depositing Crypto

To initiate deposits of crypto, first select the Deposits action for a currency from the bottom right of the Dashboard. Users without a deposit address will be prompted to generate an address first.

Once a deposit address is created, users can initiate a deposit by sending the correct coin to the displayed deposit address using the address or the QR code.

For coin deposits, only use each Deposit Address to send the corresponding symbol. Sending other currencies could result in the loss of deposit.

Depositing Fiat

To initiate deposits of fiat currencies, similarly the user can select the Deposits action for a currency from the bottom right of the Dashboard.

Users will be provided with instructions for bank deposits including Bank Name, Account Number, Beneficiary Name, Beneficiary Address, and a Reference Code as needed.
