Guide to Creating a Payout Transaction

When user wants to send crypto to an existing recipient (see how to add recipients and addresses here) using their fiat balance, they can create a payout transaction with the following steps:

Step 1: Go to the Pay tab and select Payouts. From the request modal, users can create a transaction.

Step 2: If user wants to specify the sending amount, choose “Amount to Send”; if user wants to specify the receiving amount, choose “Amount to Receive”.

Step 3: Provide the sending/receiving amount, sending currency, receiving currency, and the network.

Step 4: Select the Recipient ID from the uploaded recipient and address list. Then, choose the destination address.

Step 5: Once all required fields are filled, click on Confirm Details. Verify the details, enter 2FA, and confirm the transaction.

Step 6: Monitor the transaction status on this page.
