# Upload Onboarding Docs

## Upload Customer Documents

When needed, support teams can manually upload documents by selecting a customer and navigating to their customer overview page.

Here users will have the option to "Upload New Document"

Select what type of document you are uploading, then find the appropriate file.  The upload can only be done for one document type at a time.

Following document submission, the document status will update to reflect the outcome of the document review.
