A customer's status can be found in the "Customers" table. It indicates whether the customer is active, inactive or going through onboarding. Only active customers can perform transactions in their account.
The "Onboarding Status" provides additional details as to the stage of a customer's onboarding process. It indicates whether currently the onboarding process is "Pending Documentation Receipt", "Processing" the documents, finalizing the "Onboarding", has "Failed", or has successfully "Onboarded" the customer.
View the status of each document required for onboarding by navigating to the "Customer Overview" tab.
